It's nice to see the justice system working properly for a change. I really didn't think he would be convicted, but I'm so glad he has been.

25 years to life with chance of parole for his wife.

15 years to life with chance of parole for his unborn son.

However, I have a feeling the defense attorneys might appeal which means they will go back to court with a new jury.

they will appeal, because that is what is always done. but i don't think they need to pool a new jury - only if there is a mistrial declared.
