Has anyone used either shutterfly or picaboo. Reviews? Quality (picture quality, paper quality binding - sewn or glued), customer service, and ease of use? Thanks!

I used Shutterfly to make a book for a friends engagement. It was AWESOME!!!!!! The pics are clear as day and you chose your own colors, pic layouts and wording. It was such a hit and so much fun to make! That's how I'm making my parent albums. The pages are like magazine pages.
Hmm...I don't remember how the pages are bound though. it was sturdy

we used mac to make a few & they're really nice. we were able to drag the photos into a layout directly from iphoto. it was easy & they're bound up like a hard cover coffee table book. love them.
