Can anyone recommend a photographer/ videographer- no more than $4k for both!! :)

Photographer/ Videographer!

Check out Thomas Paul and Fade to Black. Both were great with working within our budget. Thomas Paul's photos are more nontraditional and Fade to Black's were a little more on the tradition side IMO.
