PICS of hair trial.... Now i'm unsure of what I want!

I had a hair trial today at Salon Montage in oceanside and gave my stylist a few pics of full high updo's with the barrel curls. It came out good, but i'm just not sure it's 'me' and makes me look... I don't know, really young? I've never had an updo done on me so maybe i'm just not used to it?

After a while I took it down and just took out the bobby pins and did a quick updo myself that's lower... I kinda like this look.

I just don't know now... opinions??

It's beautiful, and there is nothing wrong w/ looking young! Also take into consideration that you'll have full MU on that day. I think you look great!

I love the one you got done!!! I think it's beautiful! And I dont think it makes you look young at all.

I think it came out really pretty!!!! but, if you're not 100% happy, why don't you have them try something else? I don't think it makes you look young either.

Thanks girls... I guess I really don't look younger than usual, but maybe i'm just not used to seeing my hair up like this?

Jess, I actually prefer the lower up-do on you. I honestly think the lower up-do (like a changion) is a little more elegant and older (but not too much older.) The stylist did an amazing job, so you'd have no problem switching the style if you wanted to.

They both look good but I really like the lower one! Did you try your headpiece and veil with the lower style?

I think it looks great! I do like the lower on you though. Salon Montaage is where I ALWAYS get my hair done, and I know that if you tell them that you want it lower they'll do it that way. But you look great!!

I like the high up-do on you, but I am know what you mean by looking young. I feel the same way about the high up-do on myself.

I really like the low up-do. The only problem is the head piece. I am not sure you will be able to see it, with the low updo. I would get another trial but, ask them to go slighty lower with the high updo. Maybe you would be happy with something in the middle of the two styles you like.
