PLEASE HELP!!!!-Invite Disaster!!!!

Hi ladies....hoping I can get some answers here....

Last night my sister had her bridal party over to help put together invitations. This morning we realized almost half of them were done wrong due to carelessness!!!!

Half of them were put in outer envelope without an inner envelope. In the grand scheme, no, not a huge deal. But she is SO upset (as I would be!) and I'm trying to figure out ways to help her fix it.

Anyone have any ideas in how to open the sealed envelopes without ruining in a way so that they can be resealed?????

Taking any suggestions I can get!

I've heard putting them over steam, and also putting them in the freezer. I've never tried either. Hope that helps!!

THis happened to me with my STDs. First, take deep breaths (I needed to be shaken and reminded to breathe). Call the printer first to see if you can get new outer envelopes, because this would be the easiest, even though the wait will seem like forever. If you can't get new envelopes for cheap (My printer only charged me $10 for reprinting my magnet cards and gave me 100 envelopes for free but they didn't require printing) I'd try the freezer and steam. Also if you could use either a wax seal or label/sticker type seal, that may be able to cover up any kind of opening mishap you may have. Good Luck to you guys!
*Side bar, this is why I am nervous about asking my BP to help with anything. Not that I don't trust them, I just know I am crazy when it comes to details and I would freak!

Maybe search amazon.com for some new ones. they get it to you in 2 days. I swear you can find everything on their for cheap.

Thank for all the tips/support!

Luckily we were able to fix them ourselves! Took patience but since they were self stick I was able to slowly peel them open and reseal. Took a while but well worth it to have them done right :)
