I am in NYC right now at work - and from my building I can see the flames and smoke billowing from the World Trade Center. I can only pray these attacks stop!! Please take a moment out of your wedding planning to pray and think of those that may be affected by this sickening disaster!!

Thank you all. And God Bless you. I sobbed this morning when I saw what happened on the news, before we found out about Steve`s wonderful Aunt Doris. All of those people - gone.
I waited, frantically, for 4 hours, for my little brother to call - he works in the area. Thank God, he`s ok.
Tragedies like this put everything in perspective. My wedding may or may not take place in 26 days and it doesn`t matter.
Thank you all again. I pray that you, your loved ones and friends are all safe.

My fiance was in the twin towers just yesterday for a meeting, I thanked god today that he is home safe.

My fiance was on his way to work to NYC this morning - I am so thankful he was on the later shift, and got stuck on the LIE in traffic, then turned around to come home when he saw the WTC from the expressway and heard what happened on the radio...there must be an angel watching over us - perhaps my father...
Let's be thankful for all we have - including each other...I am thinking of all of you...on such a sad day for all of us....
I cannot even imagine what this must be like for you and your fiance and his uncle. My prayers are with you.
I am saying prayers tonight for everyone who has loved ones who have experienced this tragedy. We will all know someone who is effected by this event.

Laura - I pray that your friend is safe. My girlfriend`s sister worked on the 30th floor and has not been heard from. Right now she`s on the 'missing list'. We`re not giving up hope that she`s alive.
Steve`s aunt was finally removed from her building at 4:00 this morning, 18 hours after she passed. The building had been evacuated but his uncle wouldn`t leave his wife alone. Steve stayed with him and helped carry his aunt down 3 flights of stairs and walked 15 blocks climbing over the debris to get her to the Chapel`s car.
He`s home safe with me now and I can`t help think about how proud I am of him - I`ve never loved him more.
All of our best to everyone, I hope and pray for miracles in today`s recovery efforts.
