POLL: 'FOR SALE' FORUM on LIW website!

Please help us brides!

I truely believe it would be VERY HELPFUL if Long Island Weddings Website had an ACTUAL FORUM just to make it EASIER for US to buy & sell WEDDING RELATED ITEMS!

Please VOTE!

PS I noticed in the past, as far back as 2004 Brides have been asking for a 'Yard Sale', 'Sale' Board...but it has yet to become available for us. Anybody know WHY?

Yes!!! It's so hard to find the sale threads because if they're not constantly bumped, they fall off from radar.

I say there should be a For Sale FORUM, just like there's one for DIY

absolutely agree with you!

But after some thought wouldn't it be aweful if vendors came on here, posed as brides, and used us to sell their overpriced junk?

Maybe there should be some restriction to posting on the For Sale Forum.

I think it could be a good addition ... but only if no one will complain when their posts on the other boards are moved to the 'For Sale' board

Re: POLL: 'FOR SALE' FORUM on LIW website!

it definitely is a great idea in theory---but i don't think LIW would ever do it. you'd have too many outside people creating accounts to try and sell things on here---and actual vendors who pay advertising fees might not appreciate it.

this topic has been brough up a bunch of times on here--and its never happened yet!
