Poll on my name change

im going to change my name to FH's last name. Problem is I am not in love with his last name. Should I put my maiden name as my middle name or should I keep my middle name and exclude my maiden name?



Its so sad that I am doing a poll on this but I cannot decide!!! Please dont quote, im going to take it down afterwards!!

Keep your middle name...thats what I did too

You aren't allowed to use your maiden name as a middle name anymore.
