We are in contract!! It's the best damn feeling in the world!! It's our first home and DH and I are still in shock...but yes, checked MLS & the realtor's site (in addition to what my agent and broker told me! ) and it's very much 'under contract'. Praying for a smooth closing 4/24!

You guys know I'm superstitious and I asked Ant if it was 'bad luck' to post and he said, just 'don't post a picture, I'm a private person' and I said 'OK, but is the reason why no pic for you due to privacy or bad luck' to which he replied 'privacy'...so I ignored that since I got my answer!

ETA: You’d have to be a VERY successful doctor to afford a house like that on LI. And can you imagine what the taxes on that would be here?
