I brought it up once as a joke before we were even engaged. He was saying that technically, since he has the whole 'property, plant and equipment' being left to him when the company passes to his name when his dad retires, along with the 4 investment properties his parents have in his name, I should sign one, but he said it jokingly......

He said he totally trusts me that if something were to happen, he knows I wouldn't go after those assets, only the ones we had 'together' and were ours.....

No were not. Whatevers his becomes mine and whatever is mine becomes his.

I asked FH if he wanted me to sign one. He had a very messy divorce and we both have some money and investments. I thought just in case if he want to protect his property. He told me no and has worries about it. But I was willing to signed.
