Need to get my favors soon. What's the best (and cheapest) way to do wine favors ladies? Regular size bottle Per couple or mini bottle per person? Anyone get their wine somewhere in Nassau with a good deal they'd like to share??

you can do trader joes (have to go to the city ones) $2.99 wine. some of it is OK. we did a tasting of all 6 or so? they also have 3.99, etc
or you can get minibottles - they are only like $2 each at the liquor stores, you should be able to get a discount on bulk

Trader Joe's has a Wine Shop in the city. I haven't been there, but I've heard about their Three Buck Chuck being decent.
I ended up at Crazy Billy's in Deer Park. We're doing small bottles of prosecco for $2.50 per bottle. Since we're adding 3 truffles from Afresh Approach ($3.75) to the wine bottles, we're doing it per couple instead of per person.

I had it years ago and I remember it not being so bad for the price, but I wasn't as big of a wine-o as I am now. Buy one and try it, They have tons of cases of because that's usually how people buy it because it's so cheap

I live in NJ & they sell the two buck chuck wine (Charles Shaw) at one of the Trader Joe's here. I really like my vino & its decent for the price. I actually had a surprise party for FH yrs ago & bought cases of it. No one complained (not like they would tell me). I would check on the price is I think it may have gone up .50

I did 187mL bottles of Martini & Rossi Spumonte Rose for my bridal shower favors - the pricing wasn't too bad. We used a liquor store in Westbury.
There's a liquor store in New Hyde Park that gives discounts by the case and has a website you can buy online from.
