public transportation to east meadow?

public transportation to east meadow?

Is there a way for my rabbi to get to east meadow without a car (assuming I cannot arrange a lift for him?) Does the LIRR stop nearby? thanks alot debbie

He can take the Babylon line to the Merrick station and grab a cab from there. That's the closest railroad stop.
Bus...I can't help you.

if he's going to the Carltun in Eisenhower park, the Westbury train station is actually closer to it than Merrick is.

I live in East Meadow. It depends on where in East Meadow he needs to go. (Trainstations)Westbury / Bellmore / Merrick / Hicksville are all with in a cabs distance. There are also alot of busses that come through town that may go near where he needs to go.
