Good Morning Ladies! Thanks again Roz for choosing me!!
For my first QOTD I am going to ask you all to use your imagination a bit... it's Monday after all...
Rewind your life a little bit back to right after you got engaged. You're trying to decide on an RH. Your parents/FH's parents/your sugar daddy/whoever comes to you and says 'we'd like to pay for you to have a destination wedding, we'll cover the whole bill, wherever you want!'
So.... IF you had to decide between a fully-paid destination wedding (not including your guests airfare) ... ...And... Having your wedding at home/wherever you're having it, but paying for it yourselves... just you and FH footing the bill...
Which would you choose, and WHY? And if you pick destination, tell us where!!
My answer: I'd take the destination wedding in a HEARTBEAT. Not so much anything to do with having it fully paid for, but me and FH are both very shy in groups, neither of us like attention, and i feel like half of my guest list is people I don't really know, which makes it even more uncomfortable. As to the destination, Italy - hands down.

I would still have it here at home as most of my family hate flying! But, if they weren't sticks in the mud, I would jump on a destination in a heartbeat to Maui!!

I would still do it here. I want all my family and friends to be a part of my special day. I am hung up on getting married in my church as well so I would foot the bill.

We'd definitely still do it here. We are paying for everything ourselves anyway. It's more important to me to have all my family and friends there than to have my wedding in some exotic locale and I know some would not be able to make it to a DW.

We would still do it here. As amazing as a destination weddin would be, I would want all my friends/family to share in our day.

I'd love to still do it here...but I'd choose the destination wedding. Just think about all the thousnads of dolalrs we could save!! I'd do it in a castle in ireland

Congratulations on BOTW!!!!
We would most likely have out wedding here because it is important to us that we get married in our church and we want all of our family and friends to attend - But I would not mind someone paying for our honeymoon

OMG I would totally take the destination wedding hands down. Its what FH and I originally wanted to do but couldn't because of some complaints from his side. I would have loved to get married either in Bermuda or St. Thomas.
