QOTD 12/16 - Long Island Weddings

FH's niece (who's 5) and nephew (who's 6) will be our FG and RB. They're going to be walking down the isle together, what they'll be holding is still up in the air (I can just seem them fighting over this lol).

They will not be attending the reception, nor will any other kid. After much consideration, FH and I have decided to have an adult only reception.

QOTD 12/16 - Long Island Weddings

My ring bearer is my best friend and MOH's 11 year old son. He is super excited to be a ring bearer. My Matron of Honor's daughter will be 2 months shy of her 2nd bday - we're really hoping she'll be able to make it down the aisle. I'm hoping my god daughter can make it down from Rochester to be a part of the wedding. Besides them, it is an adults only event.

we are having two flower girls - both are my cousins (one is my goddaughter). they will be 8 and 6 at my wedding.

i'm having them wear flower crowns and (by their request) poufy princess SPARKLY dresses.

they will carry mini bouquets and i'm going to order one of those 'last chance to run' signs for them to carry down the aisle.

QOTD 12/16 - Long Island Weddings

My flower girl is my goddaughter. She will be 5 1/2 and is super excited about throwing petals down the aisle. We don't have any little boys in the family, so no ring bearer.
