Good morning all & Happy Hump Day!! So FH & I had a talk about kids a few days ago..So this made me think for todays QOTD..
Now that you're getting married, the inevitable 'next step' always seems to be the question 'when are you having kids?' Will you start right away? Are you going to plan your family or let it be a happy surprise?
We ideally would like to wait 1 year and then start the kids process to enjoy being newlyweds for at least 1 year. Of course there is always 'surprises' life throws at you, and I could have some honeymoon babies LOL but whatever happens I will be very happy.

I also have been on the pill for over 10 years, a friend got pregnant as soon as she stopped the pill so I would definately not stop the pill until you are ready.
As for us, my FH and I are 36 so we are giving ourselves a small window 2 years to decide if we want kids. He just started a new career so we probably will wait at least a year before actually trying.

I will be 30 when I get married and as my best friends husband keeps reminding me 'My ovaries are shriveling' and I better get on that soon... I'm saying one day at a time. Not opposed to one soon after the wedding, but want to make sure we are in the right place! FH is younger than me, so he has time, but totally understands that I might not!
So sad that at 30 I will be getting too 'old' ...gross!!!

We already have a 4 year old and we just purchased our first home so all that was missing was the wedding! We are planning to have our 2nd child right after the wedding! Hopefully a honeymoon baby! = )
