Sit down. Cocktail hour is buffet style and passed plates but I didn't want to make guests wait on line again for dinner. Plus they never give you big enough plates for buffet so I feel pressured to make the right decisions haha.

Same as above! I feel like, over all, sit down takes less time as well, and I want as much time as possible for partying!

I don't think our venue even gave us a choice... Sit down dinner and buffet/passed cocktail hour. I'm not a fan of buffets and never eat from them at restaurants but it's different at a wedding when someone's serving you. Chinese buffets where little kids are all touching the foot gives me the heebie geebies and I feel like there's germs and boogers mutating on my food. Fh thinks I'm crazy.
