Jenn: IMO, you should never use the advice of one person. Search old posts for reviews of vendors you are considering. Seeing what multiple people have to say should help you feel more confident in your decision making. At least that's what I do.

Edited to say: My dj is Tom Gordon. He is in Brooklyn. Not used much by girls on this board, but you can read a lot of feedback on him on the NY local board on weddingchannel.com.

As for your question about DJs, you might want to try Spin Around Sound, Entertainment Integrators or Body Rock. I met with all three and decided to go with Spin Around Sound but had good meetings with all three. I felt that Spin Around Sound was more my style. I lot of people on this board have had good things to say all three. Hope this helps.

I learned a looooooooong time ago not to take offense. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and I have been known to take things to far.

But Im human and I love being on this board.

Wow..I'm getting a lot of positive feedback on spin around sound, so I think I'm going to have to look into them. If I remember correctly Body Rock did not have our date open, but maybe I'll try them again. Thanks for all your help

The person who posted yesterday really stirred things up on this board.
Lets forget about it and go back to our normal selves.

We all like each other, lets not let someone get to us.
I have friends on the board who really never post they just read and look at the posted pics. there's nothing wrong with that. Then there are people who like to post about everything and anything and nothings wrong with that either.

I have gotten great ideas and suggestions here. We all have OUR OWN opinions on things. There's a saying 'Take what you want and leave the rest' If you need info on vendors look on the BBB web site.
if you don't trust our opions or experiences. I would post pic too IF I KNEW HOW HELPPPP!!
