Questions to ask Hotel?

FH has decided that it's his job to find the hotel for OOT guests. However, he has also decided that I should come up with the list of questions that he needs to ask the hotel.

So far I have:
What is the price per night?
What types of rooms?
Amenities?
Breakfast included?
Shuttle to/from airport?
Minimum number of rooms to block?
Do they require a credit card to block rooms?
What happens if we don't meet the minimum?
When do they release the block?
Room available for brunch the day after?

Am I missing anything? FH won't go off the 'script' I give him and I don't want to have to follow up with them all afterward.

Any help is appreciated!

My main thing is --do you have a bar area!

Also, confirm check in/out time
hopefully they have direction cards or info cards

how far awy is the wedding from the hotel-- can they provide directions or maps in the room?
