Personally, none of us can judge becuase we're only hearing one side of the story... everyone is diff... i think to say you def wouldnt be able to take a 'cheater' back, however the cheating may be, you only know how you will react once you're IN the situation....

I agree with you Mazz. Every situation has 2 sides and every situation has different circumstances.
I think the bigger issue here is that he doesn't seem to want to talk about it and it seems like things are being held back. Tori if you are going to marry him, you need to have a completely open relationship where he can feel like he can talk to you about anything. I think if you go into this marriage not knowing what is really going on in this situation, you are always going to wonder and always have this in the back of your mind.

Hi ladies...

just a reminder...this is a very sensitive topic and in our attempts to give our opinions lets not forget that we are dealing with an actual person and friend, NOT just a hypothetical situation.

Thanks!

Tori, I am so sorry you are going through this. I have a friend who found out her husband was cheating on her right around and after the time of their wedding. she stayed with him but their relationship is still rocky and she still struggles with trust issues. I thikn you have to do some soul searching after speakign with FH more and decide if you could get over something like this.

Totally, if in fact, this is true, you have to think about whether you could ever trust him again. Without trust, a relationship cannot survive. You will always doubt him in the back of your mind and that's no way to live. This situation s*cks!

I agree please make you know the truth for your own sake. You do not want to have trust issue later on and you should not be thinking that you marriage may end in divorce. If your thinking before your wedding that marriage will end in divorce you questions from your FH that need to be answered.

This is really tough, Part of me says especially for the marriage sake I would say that second chances are important, and you need to work through this and save the relationship.

Then the other part says, F-it your not married yet, save yourself the drama, and heartace later and leave.

I don't know. This is really tough. Im not sure what I would do in this case.

Im praying for you!

Everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes. If FH ever did that to me - I would give him one more chance only because I love him so much and I don't know what I would do without him. Like I said if he was truly sorry and had '1' lapse of judement I could let it go. I would be very hurt and I don't know if I could ever forget, but I would trust him enough to never hurt me again.

Good Luck sending lots of hugs your way

Tori, I think you need to do some soul searching and find out what your heart wants. Honestly, I dont think you are gonna get good advice on here since we dont all know you and FH personally or the whole situation. From talking on here and reading your posts I can tell you are a beautiful person inside and out and deserve someone as wonderful as you.

Good luck with your searching and I will be praying for you. You know your LIW girls are always here for you!

I guess it depends on what you define cheating to be. Having sex with someone else is, in my opinion, absolutely unforgivable and unforgettable. Flirting with someone else, though it could have led to something else, would merit a second chance, at least for me.

I agree with you. I think that everyone defines cheating diffrently. I have a guy friend who says hello to us girls by kissing us on the lips. Everyone says its bcause hes from Italy, but still, the first thing i said to fh when I met him was 'Jimmy kisses the girls on the lips, do u consider that cheating?'

fh agrees, kissing is not cheating, its those passionate things...the behind closed doors, sending love notes and things....

but, again like you said, it depends in you...

I personally could not forgive him if he cheated. I would always have that doubt and to live our lives like that would not be healthy. Some people can forgive and forget though.

i'm the same way... i couldn't forget about it
