Really Good News!!!

While I was in Miami this week, I interviewed at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial hospital for a fellowship (contiuation of residency but only one year) in Spinal cord Injury and I was offered the spot or 2008 (I finish my residency at Jefferson in 2008) There are only two spots offered per year so its a pretty big deal, considering the number of residents applying. Plus it works out perfectly for FH and I since we now know where we will be living once I am done at Jefferson. I am so happy, it feels so surreal!!!

wow! what a tough specialty.... good for you, that's awesome and you're going to help a lot of people! Congrats!!! I was gonna go down there for med school, and LOVED it.... I'm so jealous you'll be living in Florida!
