i think we are....we wrent gonna have as many people at the churchas the RH and there are some people who are comming to the church but not to the RH so id like to see them and thank them for comming.

we are not having one, our ceremony starts really late already and we wanted to save time. We will be going around to all of the tables.

I had one because I had a big gap of time between my ceremony and reception. I also didnt go around at the reception from table to table since we had 350 guest...it would have taken to much time out of my party. It worked out great. It only took about 30 minutes.

i am not b/c we want to take a few pictures at church and head to RH...which will be at least a 45 minute ride...then we want to take all of our pics there and still be able to be at our CH, so no receiving line for us

My priest is so funny, he asked us if we were doing one and we said we were undecided, and then he says....it's a waste of time, you can say hello to all your guests and spend more time with them at the reception. The line is always rushed, but he did say that for every 50 people it adds about 1 hour. Those of you that got through it quickly, was it just you and FH or the whole bridal party. Whats the key for getting through it quickly, since I am still undecided? I am tight for time b/w the church, all the pics we have to get done and then to be there for the cocktail hour. Any tips would help, thanks in advance ladies!
