I'm really hoping for our china, because it's the only thing on there I wouldn't buy for myself.

My mom got me a kichen aid mixer a few years ago because I bake a lot and it's the greatest appliance ever. Believe it or not my favorite thing to make with it- mashed potatoes! They come out perfectly!

I have actually decided to register for china. I know a lot of people don't register for it anymore but FH & I were talking about it and since we have such a big family and plan on hosting at least 1 holiday a year, it's something very important to us to have. I decided not to register for things like towels, shower curtains or casual plates because we haven't bought a house yet and don't want to paint and decorate around the colors we already have. We'd rather go out and buy that kind of stuff after we paint and get furniture. We live together in an apartment right now and have most of the stuff we need right now, anyway. Of course I will register for things like pots & pans and corningware because we want to give people different options in terms of how much they're spending but we are really pulling for the china lol. I know the likelyhood (sp?) of getting the entire set is slim but it'd be nice to get most of it and we'll buy the rest later.
