This post is so funny, LMAO! Yep, I also had the z-cavarrichi's, slouch socks, went to Metro 700 and Malibu in Long Beach, also did the Madonna imititaion lace gloves, bow in the hair & rubber bracelet thing. Scary stuff!

OMG!! Look what we've started!! LOL I cannot believe how many replies this has gotten!! I LOVED Rainbow Brite & Cabbage Patch Kids & GARBAGE PAIL KIDS OMG!! LOL My bro and I had the whole collection I Swear!! my dad had to take down our closet doors we had them all stuck to our doors!! LOL

FH is from Brooklyn and is obsessed with FREESTYLE--those songs you guys mentioned are killing me! LOL he has me back into it-DREAM BOY DREAM GIRL definetely being played @ our reception along with probably every TKA & JUDY TORRES song lol he even met cynthia-she sung to him on stage and autographed a poster for him-he still has it!! LOL we went to beatstock last year and saw all those freestyle artists--they still have it let me tell you!! LOL

this is the best thread!!

I could go on and on about all the stuff in the 80's--those stupid snap bracelets---i had about a million!!! those slouch socks! SOOO FUNNY!! used tohave to but shoes 10 sizes bigger so you could wear mutliple pairs together!! HAHA I have to stop lol

It turned into a rockbottom and now I don't know what it is it is right where Brightfellows used to be,by the Wantagh Pkwy. My mom lived in Hicksville after my parents got divorced so I was there every weekend.
