Oi! I feel so bad from this girl:

Every bride knows there's at least one thing that doesn't go right on your big day. For me, it was my limos from the company M & V Limousines. I booked 3 'point to point' limos for the day (one for me to get to my venue, one for my husband to get to the venue, and one to take us both back). First of all, none of them were the correct color (ok, forgiveable), and one of them wasn't even the right model. One of them had the nerve to ask for a tip, even though all tips were pre-paid (20%). Two of them didn't know where the venues were (they knew the area, but didn't know the exact address), so I (the bride) had to direct the driver from the back seat, and the groom had to do the same. Also, there was an item in the contract that the drivers weren't aware of, so we did not get our special request satisfied. Lastly, after the wedding was over (we are exhausted at this point), we are waiting for the limo to come, and find out that the limo needed a jump (the battery died). We find this out NOT from M & V, but from the valet company we used at our venue (they were the ones giving our limo the jump). Finally, when the limo pulls up, it's making a horrific sound. The driver informs us that the muffler was having a slight problem, but that the noise should go away shortly. All the way home, we had the pleasure of riding in a limo (the wrong model at that), listening to the muffler rattling/buzzing & shaking the whole back of the limo. I call them to complain after I get back from my honeymoon, and unfortunately, there are no refunds. The best they can offer me is a free voucher for my next trip to the airport or a night on the town. I tell them that I would never use their company again, so they said I could always pass my voucher onto a family member. WHAT?!?!? Their service was so bad, that I'm going to give their services to my family!?!? What a joke. This company was really disappointing. In fact, they are the only vendors I used that I can flat out say to you: they were my worst nightmare on my big day. I actually spent a portion of my wedding day worrying about the limos (now, do you really want to have to worry about something like that on your big day?) I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....

The more I hear about these ppl, the more scared I get!

Same thing plus a bunch more bad things happened to me. Their restitution was a $100 voucher to use their company again..YEAH RIGHT...I MIGHT REALLY TRUST YOU AGAIN AFTER YOU COULD NOT GET THE BIGGEST DAY OF MY LIFE RIGHT!!!

I have heard so many people with problems with them and I seriously...wouldn't reccommend them to my worst enemy!!!JMO

I feel really badly for her, but for my wedding they were great. The limo arrived early, it was the correct one, had airconditioning, the driver was great - he: helped with the photos, getting better lighting, making sure my dress did not brush against the car, etc. He was courteous, and knew where to go without us telling the driver directions.

They are not reasonable at all! They quoted me over $2500 more than what im paying now for the exact same cars! I heard a lot of nightmare stories about them as well, such as never returning to pick up the couple after the wedding..I think most of their business is proms...they do very well prom season because they have the huge buses and all of the kinds of cars kids want

Our wedding was delayed by almost an hour because of M&V!

I dont know how they stay in business either! The reason we booked them is because they were the only ones who had the cars we wanted..and Dh didnt even get the car he paid for, he had ANOTHER limo pick him up that was all dirty and falling apart!

ETA : We printed out directions for them when we made our final pmt. My driver didnt know how to get there either and delayed us by 15 min trying to get it from family members and our photographer!

Did you ever complain to them? I reported them to the BBB and surprisingly M&V called me and refunded us $300 - which is not even half of what we deserved and requested back!!-but its better then nothing.
