How long does it usually take to get a resized pic? I've been waiting 20 minutes

You have to reattach it for it to work.

or you can upload it into your community photo album, and 'insert' as web image. You won't have to deal w/the resizer then.

If you can opent he pic in Paint Shop, you can select image, stretch/skew, and then resize by adjusting the percentage down to 50%, etc. Make sure you save the file as a JPEG, that will also compress it
