Hi, I used to be a travel agent and I actually visited over 30 hotels in Cancun....My fave's were: Moon Palace (beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms with jacuzzi tubs overlooking the ocean and amazing food! you also get to use their sister resorts for free..free transportation to and from and since it is all inclusive you can eat and drink for free at all the resorts too!)
I also loved the Americana Coral Reef, The Hilton, Le Meridian and The Ritz Carlton.....but again...my fave is the Moon Palace!
