Re: Royalton Brides
I like the cookies and hot cocoa but my wedding is in June so that won't work. I think I want to do little goodie bags of candy but candy people will enjoy, chocolates mostly.. Maybe all chocolate...yummy.
Also, has anyone started on the flowers yet. We went to see our sample centerpieces yesterday, which, was worked on our budget, but our moms thought it was tooo sparce and we agree. We want more volume. Who are you working with and what is your budgets? I am working with Brian at S&P and really like him I just think we can't get what we like in our budget,

Re: Royalton Brides
Im working with S&P also...They called m dad who is a friend of the owner Bobby and said that prices are going up like crazy due to imports...if u want to make your centerpieces fuller he suggested adding some less expensive flower types to make them fuller and less of the lillies etc... Im not doing the fairwell table because i would rather put that $$ into flowers and other decor but am going to put out something for people to grab when then walk out...just not sure yet... and i have very few OOT guests so no on the hotel bags!!!

Re: Royalton Brides
we're working with maddie from S&P and totelly love her. our sample is my avatar pic, but im thinking of doing more pale pinks, still undecided.
and as far as farewell table, i think i may pass and just do something more simple that people can grab on their way out.
fh and i were going to stop by there this afternoon, since we both took off to get some wedding stuff done, but michael told us to wait and come back in two weeks or so when the wine/cigar room is done. he said they are getting the wall paper done on monday!
anyone have menu samples they would like to share?

Re: Royalton Brides
I think I am because why spend the money to find a hotel nearby. We do not have out of town guests so it would just be to find a hotel for the two of us. We live 10 minutes from the Royalton and I certaintly don't want to spend the night at home.
I also like the idea of being able to go out in the garden the next morning after the wedding because we are getting married in the gardens. We are also getting married on Sunday so they will not have another wedding the next day.
