Sand Castle Tasting???

Hello anyone know if they offer a tasting? I am getting married there this year in November and have yet to be contacted about doing a tasting or anything. I know I still have time but I am wondering if they do this.

Yes they offer a tasting. You just have to call. I'm not getting married until June 2014 but I called last week and I am having my tasting this Saturday at 3pm. I'm not sure if it is done individually or if they have a big group come in all at once.

I just called and was informed to do my tasting at the end of the summer more closer to my wedding to decide and then do final arrangements. Hmm I wonder why u got to do yours now when your wedding is further but o wells it doesnt matter I guess. As long as it gets done!

That is weird. We just our date two weeks ago with Dina. She has been really awesome. She told us whenever we wanted to do the food tasting to just call. FH called a few days after we booked and they gave us Saturday's date. I do remember Dina saying to us to try the food and if we didn't like it (but she promised we would) then we can get our deposit back. I highly doubt we won't like the food since I have heard great things about their food. There is a showcase tonight at the Sand Castle. Maybe if you go you can talk to someone in person and they can get you an earlier date.

yah I guess maybe those tastings were to help book. I mean I've been book since 2011 so its not like Im gonna go taste the food and then decide I don't wanna have my wedding there, so I guess to decide what food you are going to pick for the day off those tastings are closer to the wedding. But its okay as long as I get to do it I'm happy. And yes their food is A-mazing!

The food was great! You will enjoy the tasting. They also give you a glass of red and wine so you can sample the wine that will be placed on every table at the wedding.

Yes, I think you're right b/c our booking was contingent on us liking the food from the tasting.
