Did anyone make their own save the date cards or did you use a service. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks

I think I am going to do the same, and send them only to OOT guests to save on postage!

Re: save the date
We made our own. I got invites from Michaels and printed them on the computer. Real easy and cost under $50.

We were going to, but we got a great price on having them printed up so we went that route.

Re: save the date
I'm making both my own STDs and my own invites. I check out a few places that make STDs and I didn't care for the patterns or the price.

Re: save the date
Once I get professionally done pictures (what most people call an engagement picture I guess, but we've been engaged too long for me to consider it that), I will use my Photo Explosion program and create them myself. I'm not anticipating it to be too hard - I hope!

Re: save the date
My mom and I made them. I found an invitation set at Michaels - I think it cost $10 (w/a coupon) for 100 invitations & envelopes. It was just a plain piece of white paper and I printed out the information and then bought pink ribbon and punched 2 wholes at the top and made them look really cute. I think we spent maybe $12 to make all of them. It was a tedious task - but they came out really nice. I'll try and scan one at home tonight to show you.

Re: save the date
I will probably order them from a website - the prices are pretty reasonable. I'm not a crafty person (or else I would probably make them myself)

I used Diana at Pippyssweets...a vendor on here. Her prices were fantastic...best I've seen and her work is exceptional.
