Saying goodbye to bridesmaid

Today is the say I say, 'goodbye' to one of my best friends.
Over the weekend, my best friend (a bridesmaid) was involved in a car accident and didn't survive. Her husband was driving. They were coming back from a job out in Greenport early in the morning (he does extra side work mixing music and moving music stuff around like speakers -kind of like a roadie -in a way). Both of them had a great night (they haven't been out together in a long time) and they were on their way home to meet the babysitter.
Thankfully, she had been sleeping. From what I heard, he dozed off quickly, and they hit a car on the side of the LIE. When he woke, after the crash, he tried to wake her but she wouldn't wake up.
They just had their first baby together in March after many trials and tribulations.
I'm still in shock.

At the wedding in 3 weeks, I was thinking of maybe having a small table with a few pictures of her, with her bouquet, and maybe a bridesmaid sash.
I might have the groomsman who was supposed to walk with her, carry her bouquet too.

I plan to wear the necklace I bought her for the DOJ.

Maybe some of you ladies have ideas in which I can help remember her.

I am so sorry for your loss!! That is so upsetting!! I think it is a beautiful idea to have photos of her and her bouquet displayed at the wedding.

Oh my gosh! This is so unbelievably sad. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for your friend and her family. It will be such a nice and loving touch to honor her memory at your wedding.

I couldnt even imagine having to go through what you are. My thoughts and prayers are with you, her family and her baby.

I am so very sorry to hear this, and hope you find peace & strength during this extremely difficult time. Prayers to your friends family as well. I am sure whichever way you chose to honor her will be beautiful.
