If you click on the My Wedding tab above there´s a link for a seating chart. I haven´t looked at it yet so I´m not sure how it is but maybe it´ll help.

I used post-its in a folder to designate the tables, then I designed a chart in microsoft publisher once I had it figured out in order to place them.



Worked out great for me! Charts are done and I printed table cards yesterday!

Someone suggested to me to take paper plates and pretend that each plate is a table, then just write the names around the plate on little post-its. Rearranging where necessary! It seems like a really good idea, I hope it works!!

i use the old fashoned post its..maybe old school but easiest way to move people around
