So far:
Church
Hall

We're going to start our vendors soon. I am waiting for Brian's work schedule and once i know his schedule I will be able to make the appointments.

I am picking up little things along the way. I have these little flower wreaths that go around the taper candles (the hall provides us with taper candles) and I have the bubbles.

I also got my grandmothers china (she passed away a week ago) so I am not going to get new china.

I am having my bridal party GTG next Saturday. My girls dont know each other and I thought this would be a good idea for everyone to meet and hang out.

We are also starting to get idea for centerpieces.

Actually its also Nylisa. Her and I are the same date and SAME hall.

Our e-party is April 26. Parents are planning this, all Brian and I have to do is just show up.

We're hoping to start all the vendors soon. I really want them booked by the spring.

Melissa, you can't forget me. I have all my vendors except for the florist.
Church - St. Dominc's RCC (Bklyn where I live)
Hall - Manor East
DJ - Let Us Entertain You (Chippa wanted them too but I booked them first. Sorry Melissa )
Video - Bellarino
Photographer - Marcy Studio (Bklyn)
Limos - Marcy Studio (got them through our photographer)

Also have already started purchasing BP gifts, brought parent gifts, unity candle and stand and stuff for cake table.

I want the sworski crystal glasses and cut cutting set but I am afraid of buying them early because I think that they might turn since they are sterling silver.
Melissa, when we got engaged my parents gave us money but my dad brought us a gift just from him. It was the mickey & minnie wedding musical snowglobe. Also, my parent's friend gave us the bride & groom beanie baby. We decided that both of these items are going to be on that table. Are you going to have the fountain? I am going to have the roses in between each tier and on table.

I can't believe we got our own board! I'm so excited. I'm coming to NY this weekend to finalize our reception hall.

We are going with Bedell's at West Wind. It's one of the newer halls that was added to Long Island Weddings. It's really what we want though cause it's on the water and that was really important to us.

I though I had lost the 04 Brides board but then this morning when I logged in and it was on the main page I was so Happy!

Well I'm officially going to book my hall on Saturday I'm pretty excited. We won't have a church so I'm not worried about that. After Saturday we will have;

I'm not sure we are going to do much beyond that for awhile but we'll see.

I went to try on bridemaids dresses last night for one of my friends whose getting married. It gave me some more motivation to loose some weight because I don't want to be that big in my wedding dress!

I wanted to let you guys know that I officially put money down on my reception place today. I'm really excited. I got everything I could have possibly wanted from them. They were really great. It was great meeting you guys yesterday!

Hey Chippatrid,
Where are you planning on having your honeymoon? Are you having one right after the wedding?

We are thinking about Hawaii. The weather is great there in September.
