So far:

We're going to start our vendors soon. I am waiting for Brian's work schedule and once i know his schedule I will be able to make the appointments.

I am picking up little things along the way. I have these little flower wreaths that go around the taper candles (the hall provides us with taper candles) and I have the bubbles.

I also got my grandmothers china (she passed away a week ago) so I am not going to get new china.

I am having my bridal party GTG next Saturday. My girls dont know each other and I thought this would be a good idea for everyone to meet and hang out.

We are also starting to get idea for centerpieces.

I'm not going on Honeymoon till probably December which sux. But we'll be in the Mediterraean (sp?) and so hopefully it will be sunny.

Snow: we're thinkin aruba. Our wedding is Sept 18 and we'll probably leave the 20th. We'll need the 19th to recover.

I know. It's so crazy and you guys wanted me to book the Manor East that day! No way I wouldn't have wanted to ask the 2 of you for your vendors too!

LOL...sept 4, 11, 25 are all available at the manor east. they are really booked on the 18th.

Vendors i check with lisa first. so far i know she booked ballarino and marcy photographers.

i booked wild rose for video and searching for photographers

Melissa, don't forget the DJ too.

alford, Manor East only holds two events at the same time. So if you wanted to get married on the 18th you would not be able too since they are booked.

yes i know i have to search for DJ now.

I have a few potentials in mind

Alford: having lisa has been a great joy with all this wedding planning. I am going to the bridal expo on March 6 so i can let her know how the food is (even though everyone has said its really good)

she is basically done with a lot of her wedding stuff so because we are the same day i know who to get in touch with and who will be booked.

So far its been a lot of fun for me

Where's the stress everyone talks about???

Melissa, I agree with you. Where is the stress? I think with FI's like Michael and Brian it makes it alot easier.

Going to order:

cake topper

I have a dress I love but havent put a deposit on it yet. I tried it on 2 times. I am going back May 3rd and will leave a deposit

FI ordered his gifts for the guys

I think there are other things I just cant remember them right now

I have the hall and the church - woohoo =)

Nothing else wil be booked until the EARLIEST end of May - CPA and got to graduate!!!! Woohoo - hopefully the graduation gifts will be $$$$,

We're also looking to have a small, cozy engagement party (40 people)

We're looking into mid june. Since we are both Greek, we're looking to do it at a Greek restraunt in a private room or something. We'll see - planning ****s!!!
