I'm starting to get very very excited for it!! I'm pretty set, just have to finish the church programs, and confirm with everyone......as well as do a final dress try-on!! Good luck :)

I still have so much to do!
It seems that every time I cross something off my list I add two more!!
Yesterday went well, FH and guys went for tuxedos, and the favors came UPS.
Now I have to decorate the favors, should take me about... forever!
Only made menus one per table, when we met with the watermill they suggested two, I kind of knew this all along but thought I could get away with it!

Too many other things to list!
Am I the only one???

We're the 21st!!

I still have a ton to do, but I've been getting things crossed off my list each day.
The hair salon just called me to tell me that they double booked and have 2 wedding parties that morning. Keep in mind that I scheduled our appointments as soon as their book extended to September
But I'm trying not to turn into Bridezilla, and see if I can have my grandma go on Friday, and my niece go with her mother to a different salon, which should give them enough space to do both.
I have a lot of little things to do, but I'm feeling pretty calm and very excited.

Put the favors together
Finalize with the caterer and bakery
Get liscence
Second Dress fitting

oh, I don't even know what else.... I'm just praying for sun!!

I was ok until now...now I have nightmares that nobody dances and they all leave early!

I'm another 9/21 bride...

I've still gotta:
- wrap the favors & gifts,
- contact bridal party about the rehearsal dinner,
- get final RSVPs (from groom's side - of course )
- figure out timing
- pay the vendor bills
- finish my fittings
- get my shoes dyed
- figure out tables....

AHHhhhh!!! I swear, there was a time where I actually enjoyed planning this wedding. Right now I am so burnt out!

Forget the wedding -- I can't wait 'til the honeymoon!!

favors

final fittings
reheasal dinner
get honeymoon stuff together
table assignments

confirm everything with the vendors, etc.

I'm with dora, I am so done with this wedding stuff. Aside from getting married, I am just looking forward to going away!!

I'm getting married on the 8th! I'm taking off work ALL next week! I'm so excited! All of my co-workers decorated my cube with tulle and little bells today!

-change limo schedule (met with photographer the other night who decided to come earlier to my house and not have groom and groomsmen come here so now the schedule is a bit changed I'm trying not to panic)

Oh wow, so far Im the first one next week (9/6). I had to go give my final payment, seating chart, favors, etc to the hall today. Ever since then I have been getting nervous/excited.
All afternoon and night long I keep thinking in a week from now, I'll be driving to the hall, getting pictures, ceremony, cocktail hr, etc...
Right now it will be in the middle of my reception...I cannot believe!
Im pretty much done with everything now, just have to pick up my dress, make last minute confirmations with everybody, and figure out how Im going to come up with last minute money!!

Suggestions for September Brides

I was a September bride last year so I know what you all are feeling. Just a couple of suggestions for everyone.

Try to get as much done as you can over the next 2 weeks. It pays to have your last week be as stress free as possible.

Remember to plan some quiet time for yourself before your wedding. Spend a few hours reading, or getting a massage. Take a walk on the beach. It will help relieve some of the stress and allow you breathing room.

Do not, do not, do not become a slave to the Weather Channel or Weather.com. You will only serve to torture yourself over something that you have no control over. And chances are the forecast will change 10 times before your wedding day anyway. September is statistically the second driest month of the year so your chances of having a nice day are pretty good.

Finally, enjoy each and every moment of your day. Take it all in and remember to be a guest at your own wedding and have fun! The day goes by so fast and before you know it you will be nearing your first anniversary.
