Shower guest list

So they are going to try and keep my shower a surprise (although my mom has no luck keeping things from me :) but want me to make a list of guests. Do I invite ever women on the wedding guest list???

we pretty much invited all the people from the wedding list but its all my close friends and family anyway..im not having a huge wedding
