I hate ESPN. I especially hate when he says, 'uh huh' when he is watching ESPN. It drives me nuts!!!!

My FH will watch countless hours of discovery channel...american chopper...myth busters...and some show from china were all these men do stupid tricks like jumping on logs floating in water....it drives me so nuts like how does he watch this stuff??
I totally feel you!!! Not only that but my FH can recite any line of any movie ever made!!! Holy S$%T !!! I feel like Im in love with Siskel and Ebert!!!

I actually bought my FH a mug that says 'yes dear' on it.. cause that's all he says!!!!

he waits until FOREVER to get a haircut... i mean, he looks like a shaggy dog and i'll be yelling at him to get one and then FINALLY he gets one!! also he doesn't care about the music on the radio so during the worst song he'll leave it on and won't change to a better station but on like the BEST song in the world he'll begin some long story about work when i really want to listen to the song and sing along!!
to be fair i asked him mine and he said:
that i get too stressed... he explained that when stress comes instead of figuring out how to solve what is stressing me, i just dwell on it and let it upset me a lot... and he doesn't like me to be upset... (i thought this was TOO nice so i told him that i thought of two things that peeve me about him-- to see if maybe that would get him fired up a bit to really give me a GOOD one... (lol i knew this would work-- get some honesty out of him)... so he said that i leave the clothes on the floor too much in the morning-- in the bathroom and our bedroom... whatever, at least i clean up after myself!! i mean, if i leave the laundry around who cares if i'm the ONLY one that cleans it?!

This is a great post...I could go on all day! I am a hustler, whereas my FH moves so slow he's going backwards. It drives me NUTS! He's in la la land all the time!
But the worst thing that drives me crazy is his stupid cell phone! He can NOT depart from it! AND he's one of those really rude people on their cell. You know who I'm referring to...the person who yaps loudly in stores and at parties. He acts like he is the privacy of his own home! He's like a social disgrace! Yup, my friends, I'm marrying ONE OF THOSE! I'm just grateful he got rid of his Nextel!

Sometimes when I have a suggestion or idea about something, he'll shoot it down without a really good reason.
But if someone else, like a co-worker, or his father, makes the very same suggestion, he'll actually turn to me and say, 'Listen to this great idea Dad had!' and then I'll remind him that I said the SAME thing to him not three days before when it was a HORRIBLE idea.
That and leaving my nice, expensive ginger soap in a puddle of water in the soap dish. So when I want to use it, it's all soggy and breaks apart on the bottom.

My mom noticed the same thing about my FH....so she told me that if there is something I want done and think he'll shoot it down, to tell his mom about it and she'll suggest it.....it works like a charm...I just tell her something that I know he'll say no to and presto, he brings it up like it was an original thought...I just play along.

Oh, AND, he always sneaks turning the heat down...like I won't notice??!!!

I love this thread.
I hate when I bring something up that I am feeling and he says that i am 'throwing whatever it is in his face'. He's too damb sensitive and defensive.
I also HATE Monday nights- Overhaulin, monster garage, myth busters, and OCC.
He would definately say he hates my box---- the computer ladies, now come on.
