So Bummed...

it's 23 days til my wedding and while I should be looking forward to the happiest day of my life.. I can't..

Here's why... I am stuck at a miserable job for the last 7 months.. my boss belittles and demeans me.. he assistant can't stand me.. they are all so mean to me here.. the other day she pulled me into her office with another co woker and proceeds to tell me that when she calls I should jump and that I should be thinking about my job and how to make it better when I am home and should think about this place 24/7.. I almost laughed in her face.. I just can't take it here anymore and don't know what to do..

I interviewed with a great company yesterday and the manager said I was fantastic and is recommending me for the job.. I just have to wait for a background check and who knows how long that will take.. I just need some good vibes bc getting this job would put me back in my financial background and the hours are amazing.. and I just need this..

I am sorry to vent, but I am just so unhappy right now.. and soooo pissed at the same time..

Wow..i dont blame you for wanting to leave..I could never work in a place where boss' treat their employees like that. I am happy to hear that the other place you interviewed at liked you and are only waiting for the back ground check to go through. Yes, it may take a while but at least you know you are getting out of this crummy job...as far as the wedding is concerned, that will change once the day comes. You are going to be sooo excitied that you are not going to be thinkign about anything else.

I am trying to just focus on the wedding and getting all my loose ends tied up... I just wish she would fire me already so that I can at least collect unemployment!!!!
