So many checks!!!!

So many checks!!!!

Today I took off and my mom came to the city fora 'wedding day'. We went to RK Bridal where I tried on my dream dress for her and she said, 'that's the one!' So we put in the order!!!!
Next we went to M&J trimming and picked out the lace for my veil as well as the rhinestone layout for my sash (mom is an amazing seamstress so she'll be working on those for me- huge $$$saver)
Then we went to Paper presentation and bought supplies for my invites (my big DIY project)

Oh and I got my DOJ!!! At the end of the day I was wedding'd out!

Yes Katie!!!! I'm so pumped. I thought booking the venue was a reality check but getting the dress for the big day is another level!

YAY! Congrats!! My mom and I are going to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa for the Maggie Sottero trunk show!

She makes my dream dress! This is the dress I am in LOVE with!!

Not going to lie, I had to wait a good 45 minutes to try on gowns but they encourage you to go into their plethora of racks and pick out gowns. I ended up picking out the one I knew I wanted but Janice (my attendant) was helpful and honest! If I tried on something that did not look cute, she let me know. My favorite part was walking around the showroom to see how I moved in the dress. As I was walking she was like 'work it girl!'. And you know me, I was cracking up and loved it!
