SO...i will have 'teeth' as of friday!

So as many of you know i am having work done on my teeth...i am getting worried tho. I can not afford implants and my teeth are very badly damaged. I have soft enamel that ruined them as well as not having enough room in my mouth for all my teeth so they are all broken.....well i am getting a denture put in. its my only resort. Maybe down the line one day i can get implants. I am a little sad being 26 and needing a denture , i am trying to look on the bright side...i wont be embarassed to smile anymore. I am trying really hard but it is tough. I keep reminding myself ' this is irreversable once its done' i know its gonna look 100000 times better than it does now but i am still a little worried.......so i guess i am happy and scared at the same time. I will hopefully post pics of my swoolen but smiling face over the weekend.

Wow, I think it's great that you are going to once again have the confidence to smile. This is the most important thing and no one will know the difference. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

aww sorry you got to go through with that, my mom had dentues on the upper by the time she was 25.... so you're not alone and she swears all the pain and stuff she had for years with her teeth that the denture has been a blessing, and BTW her teeth look fab!!! you'd never know... actually if you go to my website on here shes smiling pretty big under family and friends section lol

Heather that is great news!!!! I am know it may be scary- But it will all be worth it!!! Can not wait to see the pictures!
