The Five People You Meet in Heaven- such a sweet book I read it literally in 2 hours I loved it!!!
um...
I like alot of FBI, mystery, thriller books so I am not the best help.
But I also loved the book: Memory Keeper's Daughter (my psych professor told me to read it since i want to go into special ed) It is about a doctor who delivers his wife's babies and one has down syndrome so he tells the nurse to get rid of it and the nurse ends up leaving work not to ever come back cause she ran off with the baby since he did not want it...beautiful story!!

Anything by Jodi Picoult
Those are the exact words I was planning on writing. They're great books, I go through them too quickly.

I just read 'you'll never nanny in this town again.' it was a true story of a girl who moves to LA and becomes a nanny for celebrities. It was a fun read! It would be a good beach read for this summer!
A good beach read....I should tell Kim (AMGBride) about this one!!!!
Just added it to my Amazon Wish List

all the shopaholic books are my fave
Me too Dom!!!!
The Diary of a Mad Bride was also a great quick read.
I am currently reading 'Whose wedding is it anyway' by Melissa Senate.
It's about this newly engaged woman who works for a Wedding Magazine, in which they have her appear in the magazine as a 'modern bride' and her other engaged co-worker as a 'traditional bride'. They both get $100,000. 00 for their weddings. She has just sold her soul to the wedding devil for a free wedding!!!!!!!!

I just complete this book called the Kite Runner ( I think they made or are making a movie out of it. Sure Oscar nomination. I do a lot of reading (various types of novels), but I loved it. It is by Khaled Hosseini
Here is what the summary is.
The Kite Runner tells the story of Amir, a well-to-do Pashtun , who is haunted by the guilt of betraying his childhood friend Hassan, the son of his father's servant. The story is set against a backdrop of tumultuous events, from the fall of the monarchy in Afghanistan through the Soviet invasion, the mass exodus of refugees to Pakistan and the United States, and the Taliban regime.
It is a serious book but is very very good and some parts are funny.
I just read this too. It's a great book, good for the close-minded.

My Sister's Keeper, The Pact, Keeping the Faith, Perfect Match all by Jodi Picoult. (On a side note- I wasn't thrilled with The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult...I read the whole thing by skimming through the pages for relevant information to the plot- a bit too much going on outside the storyline)
OOO Don't forget about Salem Falls and Plain Truth by Jodi Picoult. They were both really good.
I just finished 'Forever' by Peter Hamill which was really good. 'Tuesdays with Morrie' and 'The Five Peope you meet in heaven' by Mitch Albom And a DEF read is 'Marley & Me' by John Grogan

Well I dont know if you would consider this scary - or you might have even read it - Angels & Demons - it's even better than The DaVinci Code in my opinon.
