Am I the only bride who is a little freaked out about peeing on her dress, or about having someone actually in there with me?!? I cant even go at home without the water running...

I am really worried about this. I can't even go to the bathroom in a public place if someone else is in the bathroom too. I'm going to try not to drink too much.

i thought about this when i was looking for a dress. i went with something not too poofy so that i can pee. my bladder is the size of a quarter....

I had no problem peeing, but think i could get my underwear back on.
SIL had to help me She just had to help me get in them, i was fine pulling them the rest of the way.
I sat with my front facing the back of the toilet and was fine.

My Best Friend/MOH and I have sceen each other pee plunty of times... Good Ol Druken nights... No difference here!

I made sure I peed before I got into my dress, and didn't drink very much during the day. I actually didn't have to go at all.
ETA: I had a HUGE, poofy, ballgown. If I HAD to pee, I would have just unzipped it and stepped out rather than fuss with all the layers.

My sister is my MOH - we have seen eachother pee plenty of times so, no problem here.
My sister is my maid of honor as well, so I'm not worried at all.

DH helped me - I just stepped into and out of my dress - thank God it was only once. I was too nervous about getting makeup on the dress when it was lifted.

I think I peed twice the whole day and my MOH and BM or bridal attendant helped hold up the back of my dress...it wasn't bad. I tried to pee facing forward but I just couldn't do it!!

If you have enough girls in the bathroom with you holding up every part of your dress like I did...you will not have a problem

And honestly.... I didn't go the entire day. It was only AFTER the party was over and we were all in the bridal suite packing up to go, did I have to. I didn't even give it a thought the entire day.

I went twice before the ceremony (1 time MOH helped me and the other time my aunt helped) and didn't have to go for the rest of the day. I had a big dress and it wasn't a problem. There was plenty of material so no one saw anything. I peed the normal way (not like a boy). If you get stage fright, just talk to your bathroom buddy the whole time and that might help. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I think most people get over the embarassment really quickly.

I second that...plus you don't have to go that much because you get so dehydrated from wearing such a heavy dress. I lost 3 pounds the night of my wedding. My dress weighed 10 pounds. I visited the bathroom once from 1 PM to about 2 AM and I was drinking.
