Mine is my rice cooker. It's not work it to me to haul it out when I can make rice just as easily in a pot!

My electric can opener - when I lived at home with my parents, I never understood why my mother hated the thing! Now I never use it and always use the regular old fashioned hand can opener!

Also our chopper, we still have yet to take it out of the box. I don't even know where it is.

Oh and our salad spinner. DH insisted of putting this on our registry, I cannot even tell you when I last saw him use it.

The food processor, it is still in the box, the blender is a close second and our electric can opener.

I really don't like the food saver thingy. My husband thinks it's the greatest invention. I have lots of garlic peeling/cutting/chopping gadgets and I don't use any of them either.

I have yet to use my steamer (rice and veggie steamer). It was a l ast minute add on to my registry that seemed great at the time but I never used it and I feel so bad. It juts is too much work esp since I am usually only cooking for 2. Too much to clean as well. A pot works just as good.

Also, I have yet to use my ice cream maker. This was DH's gift on the registry. He really wanted it because we got it for his parents once and they used it a lot. DH rarely eats ice-cream because he is a healthy eater and he is also lactose intolerant. But he wanted and we got it. I do think I will eventually use it but just haven't.

I don't use my food processor as much as I expected but I do love it. I also think I havce to leave it on the counter to use more often. Also when cooking for 2 - it just seems like overkill to use. I do use my mini-chopper all the time. I love it!!!

My chopper and my hand mixer are probably the small appliances in my kitchen I use most often. I couldn't live without either.

jenny- I love my ice-cream scoop! I never use a regular spoon.

What's a sandwitch maker? What exactly does it do??

Its kind of like a george forman grill thing (i.e. it presses things), but you have to slice you bread into triangles...

Its probably good for grilled cheese but not really for anything else.

Definitely the cappucino machine we got as an enagement present .. it didn't even make it out of the box b/f we just decided to pack it away for 'when we have a house someday and will have more dinner parties, etc....'

Hey, I'll trade you guys an ice cream maker (it's a good one too) for a juicer! I always wanted one of those
