A lot of sh!t has happened throughout the years which is why I have less than 5 close friends.

Yes. Too many to count. I've had the same female friends since elementary school. We let few new people in and once you betray one of us, you've betrayed us all.

i think i've always been kind of a no holds barred kind of chick----i was a tomboy growing up and i would much rather swig from a beer bottle in a sports bar than sip a cosmo at a NYC hot spot......so having a lot of female friends really never interested me. since i was always around the guys and buddies with them....i was always looked at by girls (especially the guys girlfriends) as someone to worry about or something.
same here - its not that i have a hard time making friends with girls or trusting them - its just that i really dont give a crap about the things most girls talk about - one thing that i notice is that girls are catty and i always seem to find myself badmouthing other people when im hanging around females - and i dont like doing it and i feel bad and i usually dont mean the things im saying, i just find myself going along with it to be funny and to fit in but in reality i could careless, im not a jealous person, im secure with myself and i dont feel the need to rag on other people...with guys i NEVER find myself in those types of situations....also men arent high maintenance friends - a lot of girls start acting like they are in a 'relationship' with me and thats really irks me too - i have one close girl friend and thats it my other friends are guys...its funny that i chat on LIW so much considering its all females!!

yepp.. be careful who you trust.. girls talk too much crap sometimes .. but then again some guys talk more than girls! gotta be careful w/ everyone i guess.. i have a select few that i trust..
