Spinoff to Violetfairy's thread

BMD's Peanut-- I would strongly suggest a joint party if you are worried.
I know it might be difficult to get the guys to go along with it.

I can't call Fh right now, b/c he is swamped at work, but we have a long drive tonight, in which this will be the topic of conversation.

He said the strip club he went to last year for a friend was ' depressing' but he also said he woldn't put up a fight, b/c his 'friends deserve to have fun too'

That drives me crazy. It is a party for HIM. Not them.

I don't mind looking, not touching, but it bugs me if its only b/c his friends want him to, because once you start listning to your firends, all sort of things can happen. . like with Violetfairy's situation.

I agree. That place is like a dream come true for men...Isn't it like a restaurant/sports bar/nudie bar all in one??? I wish they'd let me plan his BP...I would give him a kick-*** (good clean fun) party...

I don't know if this is any consolation to anyone here, but I can say that most clubs do not allow you to touch the girls unless you are in a private room behind the scenes & they cost $$$. I know this bc FH deals with all the classier strip clubs in Manhattan...He had his brother's there 2 years ago & anyone that even tried to touch the girls were thrown out...
I would never believe FH until he I went with him one night while we were in the city...He had to go by the club to check something out, & I realized that it was far from raunchy!

The girls do though come pretty close to our men & do make many noises but our men are not allowed to touch! Plus the strippers are not fully nude

I am not sure if this makes anyone feel better, but I just wanted you to know that it is not all like what happened to Violet...

Forget strip clubs...

What ever happened to a day golfing w/ the guys or a baseball game or even taking a charter boat to go fishing...

Why do men feel they NEED to have a stripper or even go to a club that has them??? UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I just dont get it ??? These whole Bachelor party things are just a waste.. they just spend $$ on a girl who doesnt give a rats a$$ about you, except taking your $$$...

You are right about other activities- I think Fh would rather go to Mohegan Sun, but when that was brought up for our friend last year the 'guys' said they've been to other ones at the CT casinos and it is boring.

I am leaning towards no.
my friends would want to bar hop, I don't really have the energy for that.

and definitely no cheesy gyrating men!

Let me tell you, I just learned of a 'tradition' for a bachelorette party where the bride 2 be wears a candy necklace and guys lick the candy off.

We had my friends bachelorette party on Saturday and she WARNED us that there would be none of that.

I think that would be skeevy and while we made her do silly things we kept it tasteful without that.

my FH said he just wants all his guys friends together to eat, drink and have a good time...

but i know his friends have other ideas...F-them!!!!

When we started going out, I told him....If there is even a rumor of any other woman involved, I might love you like crazy.....but one mess...don't even think about calling me...we're through. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I skeeve things like that though.

My SIL had a stripper at her Bachelorette party in her friends apartment and I'm not gonna lie, he was pretty cute.. except he was 100% GAY!!!! Not to mention his whole act was so pathetic I couldnt help but laugh. He took off his pants and he was wearing an american flag banana g-string which was disgusting.. I'm so anti-g-strings on men.. *gag*

So after a few minutes of his retarded performance they said get the SIL (meaning me).. we'll lemme tell you. .this guy straddled me and then proceeded to take my hands and put them on his bare ***.. At that moment I looked at him and said 'get the f--- off of me or i'm going to punch you in the face'.. I said, i'm getting married and I dont want anything to cause him to get mad at me.. Mind you he didnt look at me the rest of the night.

I give my FH the respect he gives me.. I came home and told him what happened and he was so thankful I didnt grind or suck lollipops from his g-string like the rest of them did..

There was no way I was going to get black-mailed or even caught in a conversation afterwards like 'OMG Dana was grinding the stripper at so-and-so's bachelorette party'..

That would been the end of US.
