Square invitation/stamp question

I just came back from the post office and my invitation weighs 1.4 ounces...that comes out to $.63...(the invite is 6x6)...I thought there was an extra charge if the letter was square??? Was the post office guy correct? My invites are only $.63????

yeah if it was a postal employee i would trust it

my sister's invites seemed heavy to me and they were only 63 cents

all square envelopes are .63 unless they go over a certain weight. I forget the cut-off though...

so you are good to go
