From the lie:
Lie to exit 53 S., sagtikos parkway south. Bear left at fork to southern state parkway east. Get off at exit 42 s., fifth avenue, bay shore. Make a right at the light onto fifth avenue. Fifth avenue splits and becomes a one way street, the name changes to Clinton avenue. You will see the church on the left. Parking is available in the school on the right.

From northern state:
Northern state parkway to exit 44, sagtikos parkway south. Bear left at fork to southern state parkway east. Get off at first exit 42 s., fifth avenue, bay shore.

From sunrise highway:
Sunrise highway to exit 43 South, fifth avenue, bay shore. Continue on fifth avenue as stated in the direction above.

Ehh... You may want to add to make a left when you get off the exit as you can turn either way when you get off.
