I did have a very generoud family and friends and I'm very grateful. Even with the honemoon costing well over $12,000 we recovered it all. I certainly didn't expect it but I was very happy indeed.

I think around 26,000 or so. We got money here and ther from various places, that I kind of lost track of :P

ETA: Still haven't counted up the money - I'll be doing that tonight

I figure mine is going to be around $65,000 including the honeymoon and rings ( mine is a diamond eternity band)

We only had to pay for the HM and the rings
my Dad genourusly paid for the rest- right down to the BM dresses- yes you heard me right!

He has let me plan everything the way I wanted- it has been a lot of fun- even though I had to do it with out my Mom

I am the girl in the dress shop with just her Dad- and he never complians!

That's really awesome! GO DAD!!!

I honestly stopped counting...but we're somewhere in the high 30K range.

We are at the 65k range, our parents split it down the middle w/the exception of our limos, attendants gifts, honeymoon, rings, video and favors, we paid for those things.
We were very lucky to have them be so generous!!!!

TOO MUCH!!!!

Over 50 G's...I would die!!!!
We're in between 35 and 40 G's.
And that is still more than we anticipated on spending!!!!

ETA:
after reading a certain post on the 06 board about parents paying for weddings,,,fh and I are very fortunate to have parents who wanted and were able to do this for us. Even though our parents are paying for our wedding,,they allowed us to make our own decisions. Never once were we told, you have to get this or you must get that. We picked our vendors,,we picked our hall, we picked our menu..etc.
Fh and I CHOSE to ask our parents for there opinions while planning.

You will- we paid $10,000 more and came out exactly even. And we are still missing gifts from his sister and my brother who said they would send them later so I think we will come out ahead.
