Being a teacher I have never gotten a X-mas bonus, just some candles and coffee mugs from my students.
I am shocked to hear soooo many people get amazing bonuses.
Do you get one and is it good?

We call ours a year end bonus. I get money. Hopefully enough to pay for my wedding in full.

Yes i do get a bonus...I get my salary in lump sum (after taxes) for my year end bonus

I find out Thurs what my bonus will be. Last year it was 10% of my salary, and my boss made it clear it was based on being here for only 6 months. Now that I've been here a full year, I'd love to get 20% of my salary, but I just don't see that happening. I'd be happy w/ 15% Besides, it's all going right towards the wedding

I will just leave it at that. I am a lucky girl ..I love my company ..I work for great people.They are extremely generous

I actually just got mine.... it is not bank breaking amount, but it will pay for a some christmas presents.....
