STRESSED................

So we are in the process of purchasing a condo, YAY!!! but it has become so stressing. We did the inspection yesterday with an engineer and there were only a couple minor things we need fixed, luckily nothing major.

But now our lawyers are going back & forth revising the contract. I really hope we come to an agreement soon! I really love place and really want it really bad.

My married friends say that if we can make it thru purchasing a home together the rest of our lives together will be perfect. They said that this purchase is more stressing and pressing on the relationship than getting married and having children is!

Well I do not have experience with this yet, but I want to say that I am aware all tough times make you stronger! So... you got this and you got it all!!

We went through the same thing when we bought our house.. it really is super stressful.. It was back and forth back and forth 5 steps foward 2 steps back from our first offer and took like 3 months to close.. but its all worth it in the end! Hopefully everyone will come to an agreement soon!!!!!!!!! Good luck! and congrats!

I'm not sure it's the most stressful . . .if only, but the great feeling of having your home together is great. I bought my condo before I met my FH, but we met before I moved in (bough pre-construction) and we moved in here the first night together . . . .it solidified our plans to marry, because home was now TRULY where he was for me and I was for him.
