I've used it and it is very reliable. I just think the tix are wayy overpriced.

its def secure but the fees alone are out of control and youre always going to pay way above face value

Got my opening tickets for the mets two years ago from there without any problem. Also have gotten several out of town mets games (SF and FL) on there and all have worked out perfectly. They do have a guarrantee as well, I believe.

the tickets are expensive but DH has used it for mets tickets with no problems.

Also, that's how I got FH his US Open Championship Sunday tickets for Christmas.

Ditto...use them all the time and no problems. And there is a guarantee if you do have a problem. Just make sure to print your receipt of the transaction, especially if you are doing pick up at the event. But I've bought tons of tix on there and never had a problem.
